The minimum qualification required is graduation to apply for admission. Here is the course-wise eligibility criteria for IIMC Delhi:

Admission Process is as below. Written Test
Eligible candidates need to appear for the written test conducted by the college. Group Discussion & Personal Interview (GDPI)
Shortlisted candidates will be called for Group Discussion/ Personal Interview or both based on the score obtained in written test.

No, you are not eligible, as every institution requires 55% aggregate marks.
