Degree and BS Degree Programmes (only at IISER Bhopal) is provided by IISERs. JEE Advanced, KVPY, and IAT channels are used for admissions. The programmes that IISERs provide are listed below:

IISER Mohali offers a total of three courses, including BS-MS, Integrated PhD and PhD across six departments, namely Biological Sciences, Chemical Sciences, Mathematical Sciences, Physical Sciences, Earth and Environmental Sciences and Humanities and Social Sciences at UG, PG and doctoral level, respectively.
