International students have to submit their IELTS score to meet University of Notre Dame English language requirements. However, University of Notre Dame also approves other English tests such as TOEFL, PET, and Duolingo were completed within 3 years of the applicant's course date at University of Notre Dame rather than the general 2 years.

The University dosn't have a minimum GPA, however it has percentage requirement from applicants.The percentage is divered into three sections for undergraduate program. Students applying for Notre Dame Australia need to meet sepecfic percantage criteria if they are coming from CBSE/ICSE/NOIS boards. For tier 1, a minimum of 65% is required from overall in the best four academic subjects is necessary. For students who come from schools from tier 2, they must achieve at least 75% overall in their best four academic subjects. Tier 3 applicants need to attain a minimum 80% is required.
