 No, Indiana University Indianapolis is not part of the Ivy League universities. Ivy League is an American collegiate athletic conference comprising eight private research universities. For applying to the University of Notre Dame, international graduate applicants are required to fill an online application form. For undergraduate programs, the Common Application or the Coalition Application is filled.
