At Indira College of Engineering and Management (ICEM), B.Tech placements are typically good, especially for those pursuing computer science, information technology, and electronics. With the help of industry partners ICEM's placement cell organizes campus recruitment campaigns, trains students in soft skills and conducts mock interviews. ICEM graduates are regularly hired by firms like TCS, Infosys, Capgemini and Wipro, which offer positions in project management, software development and IT services. The general placement rate is high with competitive packages particularly in IT-related areas, even though placement success can vary by student achievement and branch.

While both Nutan Maharashtra Institute of Engineering and Technology (NMIET) and Indira College of Engineering and Management (ICEM) provide good placement chances ICEM typically has an advantage in placements, particularly in the IT and Computer Science departments. Because of its greater industry ties and established placement cell, ICEM draws in firms like Infosys, TCS and Capgemini. Despite having fewer recruiters and fewer package offerings than ICEM, NMIET still offers good placements with firms coming to apply for tech and engineering positions. Although both universities train students for the workforce ICEM frequently draws a larger pool of recruiters due to its well-established reputation.

PCET has successfully placed over 22,000 students from across India in the past few years through various drives such as On campus, off campus, and Pool campus. On average, around 600 recruitment drives are conducted every year and around 1,500 to 2,000 students annually are placed. The maximum salary offered to students is 32 Lacs per year and we have also provided an international package of  20 Lakhs.

We offer jobs in various profiles such as banking, auto, logistics, research, pharma, and telecom. The average salary offered is 8.0 Lakh with the highest being 14 Lakh.
