The Institute offers BSc Aviation and AME for the duration of 3 years each. However, IIAE Pune offers BSc Aviation for 4 years as an honours degree. The eligibility criteria includes Class 12 qualification with Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics from a recognised board or must have a Diploma in Electrical/ Electronics/ Aeronautical/ Mechanical. In addition to this, candidates must qualify the Medical Fitness test that will require a physical fitness certificate and a no colour blindness certificate.

The institute offers BSc and AME courses at the UG level on the basis of merit. Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria set by the college and apply online to register for candidature. Admission to the respective courses would require for the candidates to secure a minimum aggregate in Class 10 and Class 12 from a recognised board with Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics. In addition to this, candidates must qualify the Medical Fitness test that will require a physical fitness certificate and a no colour blindness certificate.
