The admission cut-off for Round I of UCEED 2026 will be released alongside the seat allotment results on April 21, 2026.
This will be followed by 2nd allotment on May 19, 2026. The 3rd round of allotment will be declared on June 10, 2026.
The cut-off has been released in the form of category-wise opening and closing ranks. Also, the cut-off is released for all the participating institutes. Candidates who meet the cut-off criteria will get admission to the B. Des programme. IIT Bombay will release UCEED 2026 seat allotment for Round I in the last week of April 2026.
The seat allotment will be released online at the UCEED - IIT Bombay admission portal UCEED.iitb.ac.in.
To download the seat allotment result, the candidate needs to click on the "Click Here" button given under B. Des 1st Round of Seat Allotment heading. Note that no log-in is required to download the seat allotment results pdf. Candidates who are allotted seats had to accept the seat and pay the fees within the given schedule for confirmation of their seats.

UCEED is of three hours duration. Within this time duration, aspirants need to attempt 69 questions. Out of this number, 68 questions are asked in Part A of the exam which candidates need to attempt in 2:30 hours and one question is asked in Part B of UCEED exam which aspirants need to solve in 30 minutes duration.
