No, you cannot appear for the UCEED 2023 if you have not filled out the application form. The registration process for UCEED is available only online; there is no other method of registration. You must complete the application form within the time frame specified. The application form was due to close on November 16th, with a late fee. Now, the admit cards for UCEED 2023 will be issued in January 2023 for the exam, which will be conducted in the same month. You can apply next year if you want to get admission to B. Des through UCEED.

Candidates are not allowed to change their preference for UCEED (Undergraduate Common Entrance Examination for Design) 2023 exam centers after submitting the registration form. Candidates can choose the exam center of their choice, however, the allotment of the Undergraduate Common Entrance Examination for Design exam center solely depends on the authority. All qualified students with a valid Common Entrance Examination for Design Examination score become eligible to apply for admission to various design programs under the Indian Institutes of Technology and the Indian Institute of Science. A valid Common Entrance Examination for Design score does not, however, promise admission to the desired institute. And also no recruitment was done for jobs based on Common Entrance Examination for Design score.
