The Infant Jesus College of Engineering provides hostel facilities for the students. The total hostel fee for a year is around INR 40000. Some student reviews says that the hostel have a good environment and the hostel admission is very simple to make.

The eligibility criteria for B.Tech/B.E  at Infant Jesus College of Engineering is that the candidates should have passed 12th with a minimum score of 45% in physics, chemistry and mathematics. The college primarly accepts students based on the TNEA (Tamil Nadu Engineering Admission) counselling. The college also accepts JEE and CUET especially for the students who are from outside of the state.
