Yes hotel management is a good course if you have good communication skills and you have interest in this field you want to be a chef, bartender or want to open your own restaurant.
The average salary is around 15 to 20k monthly as a trainee.

According to previous year admission records, yes, you can easily get admission in IHM, Bangalore through the 2nd round of the counselling process.

In this college, placements are very good. Almost 99% students got placed. Many retail, QSR & hotel chains come for recruitment. Various OT, MT programmes are offered to the students from the companies. Average salary offered is INR 3 lacs with minimum salary of INR 2 lacs and max of INR 5 lacs. In the month of June, you have to approach the administration office of IHM-Bangalore present in the college itself with all your documents and you will get admission directly by filling the form from there.

According to the last year's record, you can get admission in IHM-Bangalore in the 2nd round of counselling.

You can opt for Bangalore as your college preference, and act genuinely on the seat allotment day.

That would be difficult without a reservation. There is a college predictor service being offered by Shiksha in their website. Check that out.

Your chances are extremely slim for the above mentioned IHMs. But there are other IHMs you could try out.

We cannot decide allotment to IHMs. It is based on numerous factors- No. of students appeared, no. of students passed, merit list, vacancies, reservation, demand for admission, etc.
But for reference, you could use past statistics (it is available on NCHMCT Facebook page). But that cannot be a solid reference line for this year's admission.
