Hi,
IHM Mumbai is any day better than IHM Bhubaneshwar. IHM Mumbai is one of the best college for hotel management in the country. The college offers very good exposure, the faculty is very good and the college offers great placement opportunities.
It has claimed that 40% of general managers and executive Chefs in the industry are alumni of IHM Mumbai.

Well, it is a very open-ended question as it all depends on if you get a job in the campus recruitment and what do they have to offer you. There are chances that you get a better position than entry level if you get from campus recruitment.
