At Rajarshi Rananjay Sinh Institute of Management and Technology (RRSIMT), placements are mixed, and hiring is made easier by a special placement unit. HCL, Infosys, Accenture, Axis Bank, and Wipro are among the top recruiters; their packages range from 1.8 LPA to 8.5 LPA, with an average of 2.2–3 LPA. Only 20–60% of students, however, get placed, and some report low-paying startups or few campus drives. Although the institute offers internships and placement training, the results vary, with computer Science offering more prospects than other fields.
