No, the university grant admission in BTech programmes based on JEE (Mains) score. Hence, only the students who have taken the national-level exam can apply.

Nirma University Integrated BBA+MBA programme admission is based on the score in the Integrated Program in Management Aptitude Test (IPMAT) which is conducted by the Indian Institute of Management.
To be eligible, candidates must have attained a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in their first attempt in the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) Examination (10+2) or any equivalent examination from a school recognized by Nirma University, located in India (including Gujarat State).

The top companies of PSGIM Coimbatore in 2022 were PWC, Deloitte, KPMG, EY, etc. during 2022 Placements. The highest package tendered in 2022 accelerated by 63 percent as compared to last year in 2021. The average package also increased by 19 percent in 2022 when compared with 2021. Selection to MBA is done on the basis of merit obtained in MAT (Management Aptitude Test)
Candidates applying for the 2-year MBA full-time course need to have a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification from a recognised university
Final selection for all courses offered by PSG Institute of Management is based on Group Discussion and Personal Interview round.
Work experience is highly recommended for the MBA Part-time and PGDM course.

The minimum cutoff for PSG Institute of Management MAT 2023 is 600 for general category.
PSGIM always look for people who have MAT scores of 550 or above. So you will not be given the course which you opt for if you appear for the interview during the March cycle.
Even though you score less in entrance prepare well for Group discussion and Personal interview where there is high chance to opt in PSGIM.
