It depends on company criteria as topmost company most of the time do the filtration while campus recruitment i. e. eligibility criteria above 60% overall, till graduation. But it's all about your skills and qualities you possess. If you have all those skills and knowledge that they want then obviously they will select you.

You cannot leave any integrated courses halfway, if you do you will end up with nothing. If you take up a course either you have to complete it or drop it, there is nothing like you complete half and get UG certificate.

Yes, there is always an option of dropping out of your on going course . There is no boundation in any course but furthermore you won't get your degree and you have to request the college to give you your documents which you should have had submitted during admission.
