Yes, you can take admission in B.E./B.Tech first 12 months at Institute of Science and Technology with out WBJEE or JELET most effective if the college gives direct admission through management quota.
For 2nd-12 months lateral access, JELET is compulsory. Without JELET, admission in 2nd 12 months isn't feasible.
If you want admission based on twelfth marks, you must contact the university to check if they provide seats beneath control quota.
For ordinary admission, WBJEE or JEE Main rank is generally required.
Always verify the modern regulations at once with the university before making use of.

Yes, admission to the B.E./B.Tech programme in Swami Vivekananda Institute of Science and Technology (SVIST) is possible without WBJEE JELET. Though WBJEE and JELET are joint entrance tests for admission to engineering programs, SVIST also offers admission through alternative routes. For instance:

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions
They're providing a normal fee for every course. Each course's fee is different. The only bad thing I experienced is that there is no exception in fees according to categories in fees. Or the scholarships provided by the community or categories are not provided in the college.
The fees hike the policy and cost to study is handled without part time Jobs. I got the job on campus with a stipend.
