The B E /B Tech course at B S Anangpuria Institute of Technology and Management determines its admission criteria based on academic qualification followed by entrance test performance. Candidates should have passed their 10+2 examination with not less than 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics aggregate (45% for SC/ST categories). Preferably, the admission is given based on the JEE Main score or on the institute's own entrance test. Shortlisted candidates are then asked for counseling. Yes, admission to the B.E. / B.Tech course at Babu Banarasi Das National Institute of Technology and Management (BBDNITM) is possible without JEE Main, under the management quota. Although the general admission process is through merit as determined by the score of JEE Main, direct admission under the management quota is also available for all students who are eligible to seek admission. No, if you are looking for taking lateral admission in B.Tech at Somany (PG) Institute of Technology and Management without LEET, you'll not be able to take admission. The eligibility criteria to take admission for B.Tech lateral entry at this Institute is as follows:-

  • 10+3 (Diploma) or work experience.
  • Entrance exam LEET.

So, as LEET is the basic eligibility criteria, you cannot avoid it. For B.Tech regular course, JEE Mains is compulsory. So for lateral entry admission, you are adviced to contact the Institute to confirm the above mentioned information as the admission policies and procedures may change by time.
