HIT - Haldia Institute of Technology has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:

B.E. / B.TechCandidate must have passed Diploma in Engineering/ Technology from a recognized board.
MBA/PGDMCandidate must have completed graduation in any stream from a recognized university.
M.E./M.TechCandidates completed M.Sc. in Computer Science/ComputerApplications/Mathematics (with Computer Science Specialisation), MCA (with BCA or B.Sc. with Mathematics compulsory and any of the others from Statistics, Physics, Electronics or Computer Science) from any recognized institute/ university are also eligible to apply.
MCACandidate who qualify eligibility as given below can also apply: Module 4 Candidate must have obtained a BSc Honours degree under (10+2+3) pattern in any discipline from a UGC recognized University/Institute with a minimum of 60% marks in Aggregate (45% marks for SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B candidates) along with at least 55% marks in Mathematics. They must secure at least 60% marks in Secondary and Higher Secondary or equivalent level from recognized Boards with at least 60% marks in Mathematics at each level. Candidate have to secure 60% marks (45% marks for SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B candidates) at each level of education.

Yes, you got admission in CSE because Nirma University closes at around 27,000 AIR. There also is another option, the NRI SPONSORED seat, though they are less in number (about 45). But the drawback is its fee is nearly double of the normal fees (around 2.5 Lac per semester). They have an entirely different form to be filled up. Do try if you can. Best of luck for everything.

Applicant must have obtained a second PUC / 10 + 2 or equivalent in English as one of the languages with Physics and Mathematics and Chemistry / Bio- Technology / Biology / Electronics / Computer. Students waiting for the results may apply for a limited time.

I can't assure you 100%, but If you wrote JEE exam and score good percentage you can.
With your quota, you can apply directly in college you can't attend JoSSA, unless you write JEE (main & advanced).
