The minimum requirement to be eligible for B.E/ B.Tech course at World Institute of Technology (WIT) is a candidate must have passed the 10 + 2 examination from a recognised board and have obtained a minimum of 45% marks in Physics, Mathematics & Either Chemistry, Computer Science or Biology. If you are a Maharashtra citizen then, No.  You must pass MAH CET, a state entrance exams conducted by Maharashtra gvt.Admission is based on merit and counseling based on the rank obtained in the MHT CET. But if you scored more in JEE you can get in admission. Eventhough the college gives a priority to MHT-CET  also.
