Yes, you can take a lateral transfer for a BBA course at IILM University, Gurugram
IILM University will follow the UGC Guidelines of Choice-based Credit System; for evaluation of Credit for the lateral entry scheme. You can send, the curriculum of the semesters (course) undergone by you, it will be mapped with the IILM University-approved programme structure of choice. Post the course mapping and on presenting the semester completed mark sheet/s, you will undergo the detailed admission process as defined by the university.

Yes you can do it. NID offers M.Des course in Furniture and Interior design. The eligibility criteria is a Bachelors degree in any discipline.

Interior Design is a 3 year undergraduate course in which students learn to design comfortable spaces and anticipate peoples needs. The basic eligibility of the course is a pass in 10+2 and the approximate tuition fee varies from 3 Lac INR to 15 lac INR. The course teaches the student with a wide array of structural requirements, health and safety issues and building codes as well. Eligible to get yourself enrolled into a good college, you will have to clear entrance test. Start preparing for entrance tests from now on and appear for NID nad NIFT tests next year.
