I am afraid you have to complete your first before going into second year. Diploma does hold importance but it doesn't replace first year in any course.

Aimfill International offers the following UG course as B.Sc in fashion & costume and B.Sc in animation and VFX. Hence, B.Sc Interior design is not here.

I am sorry but I don't think Amity gives you an opportunity to do interior designing through distance learning.
However, it has Interior designing as a full-time course. For more details, please refer to the link given below:

Yes, you can get the admission in interior designing and admission will be based on entrance exam score in any institution. Some institutes offering this course are IIFT-INIFD-Institute Callegari Milano-Aesthetic Institute of Design -Raffles Millennium International etc.

Various colleges are providing PG Diploma in Interior design such as: Bhavy Shimla School of Design
Gurgaon, GD Goenka University - GDGU, Gurugoan
School of Design and Visual Arts, Apeejay Stya University, Gurugoan
These are some best options to go.
