IIHM Kolkata eChat application form can be filled in online as well as offline mode. Candidates need to submit the application form along with the application fee of INR 600 before the last date. Students can also buy the application form personally from the institute. The step-wise IIHM application process is represented below:

Step 1: Visit the official website of eCHAT at (echat.elink.in) and click on the "Register Now" tab.

Step 2: Fill the application form with the necessary details.

Step 3: Pay the application fee of INR 600 in online mode.

Step 4: Submit the application form and the required documents at the institute or either through post by in person within a stipulated time.
