Aspirants applying for a UG or PG course at IIIT Bangalore have to pay an application fee to register for a course. The application fee is INR 1,000 for each programme. Candidates can pay the non-refundable application fee via any of the online payment modes after filling out the form. Fee once paid is not refunded in any case.

International Institute of Information Technology Bangalore MTech fee ranges between INR 3.3 lakh and INR 26.3 lakh for the integrated MTech programmes.
