International Institute of Information Technology, Hyderabad Eligibility

To pursue BTech from International Institute of Information Technology Hyderabad students need to meet the course eligibility which is that students must have passed Class 10 and Class 12 in Science stream with a minimum aggregate score of 45%. While admissions depends on entrance exam scores such as JEE Mains, UGEE, etc.

Qualification Requirements: The minimum qualification required for admission to the B.Tech and the integrated M.Tech. programmes at IIIT-B is a first-class in 10+2 (or equivalent) with Mathematics as one of the subjects. Students expecting to complete the minimum requirement by July 2024 may also apply.

Admission to most of the IIIT Hyderabad courses is entrance exam-based.  Admission to M.Tech programme is based on entrance exam and subject to a valid score in the Postgraduate Entrance Test (PGEE) conducted by the institute. For M.Tech in PDM, however, a valid score in GATE/ CEED exams is also accepted. Other eligibility criteria includes A pass in BE/ BTech/ ME/ M.Tech (all branches), other relevant PG degrees.

B.Tech. - HSC (10+2) JEE Main/UGEE

B.Tech.+ M.S. - HSC (10+2) PGEE

M.Tech. (PDM) - Bachelor's degree GATE/PGEE

M.Tech. (CSE, CSIS, CASE) - Bachelor's degree GATE/PGEE
