We have a canteen that provides lunch and tea and coffee , but throughout the day but at certain fixed times daily, you need to pay for it.

Yes you need to qualify or appear in any management aptitude test to show your aptitude test which is a criteria to get admission in our college.
If you haven't appeared in any of the exam you can still apply to ISME online and ask college to design a test.
