Between GIBS and ISME Bangalore, I would choose GIBS, especially based on my own experience.

I completed my PGDM from GIBS and got placed with a 9 LPA package. A few of my friends also got around 12 LPA, so I personally feel the placement opportunities were good. The placement team was supportive, and we also had proper interview preparation and guidance.

ISME is also a decent option, but I can speak more confidently about GIBS because I studied there myself. For me, GIBS had a good combination of placements, exposure, faculty support and overall PGDM experience, so I would prefer GIBS between the two.

The average package at ISME Bangalore ranges between INR 8 LPA and INR 9 LPA for its flagship PGDM programmes as per 2026 placements. The highest package offered recently stands between INR14.5 LPA and INR18 LPA.

International School of Management Excellence can a bit costly for some students as it is a private institute. The institute is known to give good education in Management field with fees ranging between INR 4 Lacs and INR 10 lakhs. 

The flagship programmes offered at the International School of Management Excellence are BBA, BCom & ISME Bangalore MBA. ISME College gives these programmes to students at UG & PG levels. Further, Bangalore ISME has these programmes available for students for a duration of 3 & 2 yrs, respectively, with a comprehensive curriculum.
