Based on my personal experience, GIBS is AICTE-approved, and when I did my PGDM there, I found the overall course experience more important than just the accreditation tag. There was good exposure through projects, presentations, practical activities, industry interactions and events, along with supportive faculty and placement guidance.
So, if you're considering GIBS for PGDM/MBA, I would definitely keep it as a strong option. The overall learning environment and exposure matter a lot during these two years, and that's where GIBS worked well for me.

I'd personally go with GIBS Bangalore when it comes to placement support. I did my PGDM at GIBS, and I got placed with 9.5 LPA, so I can speak from my own experience.
There was proper placement preparation, mentoring, internships and support from the placement team. The CPMP/Finishing School also helped us work on communication, personality and interview skills. GIBS officially describes its placement support as covering both on-campus and off-campus opportunities.
For me, it wasn't just about getting a degree. The overall exposure and placement preparation helped me feel much more confident while attending interviews. So between the two
