If you are going for CFA better you finish your MBA first and then move to CFA. After your MBA you can do the CFA while working. These both combination are good and while working if you crack your CFA you will be hired from the company in which your working for.

Yes , MBA ( finance ) would definitely improve your chances of getting good job .If done from reputed b school.

Yes, there will be an advantage of taking BCA course so you can easily perform technical operations after completing your Under graduation but you should also have basic knowledge to study finance in MBA. The person one who have extreme knowledge in finance will be admitted in banks and other instructions so learn technical courses regarding finance like SAP.

Banking courses are offered at certification, Diploma and PG level. Also there is BBA courses with specializations in Banking and Finance. I will suggest you to do B.Com / BBA followed by an MBA in Banking and finance from reputed B school like FMS, IIM, JBIMS etc. Also you can explore about these course -
- PGDM in Banking by ICICI/ HDFC/ Symbosis
- PGDM un Banking from NIA, NIBM, FMS, IIFT etc. - distance PGDM courses in banking
For PGDM courses one just require graduation. Best wishes.
