Yes, you can apply for Anna University, but getting admission in that college is a bit tough for non-native of Tamil Nadu students. They take admission through TNEA score and this score is calculated on the basis of your class 12th PCM marks.
TNEA score=(maths marks out of 100) + (50% of chem. Marks + 50% phy).
So, this TNEA score is out of 200 and then the merit list is made on the basis of TNEA score.
