Once the IPMAT answer key is released by the exam conducting authorities, they also provide the students to file objections against the IPMAT answer key. The varsity opens a limited time window for the candidates to raise objections against the answer key. Once the authorities receive the objections, they review them and if they find the objections raised by the candidates to be correct, then the exam conducting institute releases a revised answer key.
The scores of the candidates are based on the final or revised IPMAT answer key. The conducting authority will release the final answer key before declaring the IPMAT results.

IPMAT result 2026 is expected to be released in the first week of June 2026. Scorecard for IPMAT exam will be available on the IIM Indore website. The IPMAT result card will be available on the official website only and the candidates will be able to check their result using their login details. The exam will be conducted on May 4, 2026.
IPMAT result 2025 was released on June 5, 2025.

IPMAT score is calculated based on correct answers marked by students in IPMAT exam. Raw score of candidates is scaled to calculate composite score. Candidates who match IPMAT cutoff criteria are further called for Personal Interview round.
For final results, 65% weightage is given to scores in IPMAT exam and 35% weightage is given to performance in Personal Interview.

The scores of IPMAT will decide whether the test-taker will be eligible for WAT and PI or not. The shortlisted candidates will have to appear for the WAT-PI rounds at any of the eight centres, namely Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Indore, Kolkata and Mumbai. The steps mentioned below indicate on how to check the provisional shortlisting for PI at IIM Indore for IPM:
- Visit the official website of IIM Indore
- Click on "Provisional Short-list for Personal Interview for IPM 2023-28 Batch" in the notification section
- Fill in the Application Number and registered email ID. Candidates can also use their date of birth to log

IPMAT result was announced on the official website of IIM Indore. Candidates who appeared for the test were able to download their scorecards from the official website by using their login credentials, i.e. Application number and password. Given below is the process to follow for downloading the IPMAT result.
Visit the official website
Click on the ‘Results’ tab on the homepage
Enter the application form number
Enter the registered email id or Date of Birth in DD/MM/YY format
Enter security code
Click on the ‘Get Status’ tab
IPMAT result will appear on the screen

The IPMAT result will be declared online after the exam is conducted. The IPMAT result cum scorecard is an important document for the IIM Indore's admission process. The following details are mentioned on every candidate's IPMAT scorecard:
- Name of the candidate
