Once the IPMAT answer key is released by the exam conducting authorities, they also provide the students to file objections against the IPMAT answer key. The varsity opens a limited time window for the candidates to raise objections against the answer key. Once the authorities receive the objections, they review them and if they find the objections raised by the candidates to be correct, then the exam conducting institute releases a revised answer key.
The scores of the candidates are based on the final or revised IPMAT answer key. The conducting authority will release the final answer key before declaring the IPMAT results.

IPMAT Indore release the IPMAT answer key online. It also open the objection filing window against the answer key on the same day. The objection filing window is opened for the students to raise objections if they find any errors or discrepancies in the answer key. The IPMAT objection filing window is usually short. If the candidate misses the deadline for challenging the answer key, their objection will not be considered.

Students have to pay a nominal fee of INR 100 for each question they wish to challenge after release of IPMAT answer key. The fee is meant to discourage frivolous challenges.

No, IPMAT answer key is released online only. To download,
- Go to official website of IIM Indore
- Login to the candidate portal using the User ID and Password
- Choose the question set and click submit
- The IPMAT answer key will be displayed on the screen

IPMAT answer key shows answers marked by students. Each correct answer gets four marks and there will be a negative marking. Check table below to know IPMAT marking scheme:

IPMAT answer key helps students analyse their performance in exam. IPMAT answer key contains, candidate response as well as correct answer to every question. IPMAT answer key is usually released after a few days of the IPMAT exam. The IPMAT answer key 2025 was released on May 20, 2025, provisionally. The final IPMAT answer key will be released online on the official website of IIM Indore, likely in the first week of June 2025. To access the answer key, candidates who appeared for the exam will be required to login on the IIM Indore website using their login credentials. The authorities will release a provisional IPMAT answer key and also a final answer key after the objection filing window closes.
