IPS Academy, Indore follows the seat reservation policies as per the Department of Technical Education (DTE), Madhya Pradesh.
- Scheduled Caste (SC): 16%
- Scheduled Tribe (ST): 20%
- Other Backward Classes (OBC): 14% (Non-Creamy Layer)
- Economically Weaker Section (EWS): 10%
- 30% horizontal reservation for female candidates across all categories.
- 5% reservation across all categories to the PwD candidates
- 5% of the total branch intake are available for economically weaker students under the MP DTE scheme

Yes, IPS Academy Indore offers many scholarships to BTech students. They are provided on basis of different categories. Some scholarships are Yashasvi scholarship, Gaon ki Beti, MMVY, etc. Students can apply for it through the official insitute website.

Applicants have to appear for JEE Main exam to get admissions in BTech. A counselling process is conducted for selections, after the entrance results are out. Students can register for counselling on official DTE, MP website. The authority releases merit list. Selected students can get documents verified and pay some fee for seat confirmation.

The BTech admissions are based on JEE Main ranks. Registrations for the JEE Main session 1 exam begin in November. Session 2 registrations start in February. Students also have to separately register for counselling process on DTE, Madhya Pradesh website. The registrations for the same are open from first week of June. All the dates mentioned are subject to vary.

The eligibility for BTech is Class 12 from recognised board. The admissions are entrance based. Students are selected on basis of JEE Main ranks. The seats are allocated through the counselling process conducted by DTE.
