The difference between a student from Delhi and Outside Delhi is in terms of rank only. The eligibility stays the same that is 60% for general/OBC and 55% for SC/ST.

As per 2019 notification, IPU CET is not going to conduct this year on the basis of JEE Mains score (engineering), or you can say IPU colleges will accept JEE Main this year, and after giving your best in it, then only IPU colleges will be allotted to you. All the best and start preparation.
