I would suggest you ITM-Navi Mumbai because first the faculty members are experienced industry candidates. The pedagogy of teaching is different and easily understandable. Every semester included with subjects depending on level wise. The case study teaching, brainstorming and various activities. Easily approachable faculty members. The placements offered are pretty good. The average package offered is Rs. 5.5 to 6 LPA. It varies for different specialisations, and a lot of companies Aditya Birla, Kalpa Taru, Amazon, Capgemini, Sutherland Nomura Suryoday and many visit the campus for the placements. The college will provide 5-month internship assistance. The average stipend offered is Rs. 10000+.

ITM has top companies coming to the campus with a variety of job profiles. The placement process at ITM gives the students opportunities to make their careers in the widest range of industries. It has excellent Mumbai MBA placement records-averages are at 6.8 LPA. The programme is AICTE approved and consists of academics, industry immersion and applied research. If we talk about HR course here, then yes college is good, see, nowadays, leaving IIMs and other top 10 colleges, every college carries the same reputation, it all depends on the individual and how he performs during the GD-PI & Interview during his placement time, and yes if you compare ITM-Navi Mumbai with ISBM, as I said earlier, ITM is good, well my all perception is based on after I joined ITM and ISBM does not give a better ROI compared to its fee structure.

ITM provides you with a variety of courses among which finance and marketing are also there. I think this is much of your look out first that in which field you should go ahead. Search for both the fields, be sure and firm of what you choose. ITM lets you choose your specifications in between 1st semester till 2nd semester. You also have brilliant teachers to guide you and councillor to provide you with guidance.
Still, going back to your question, ITM has its own good way in both the fields. In marketing, there are various marketing events which are being conducted every now and then some are only concerned to the marketing people and in some, everyone can take part. For finance, ITM has its own finance forum which conducts various guest lectures, events lectures on the budgets, etc. Both the branches are equally good in ITM.

ITM-Navi Mumbai provides you with a wide variety of knowledge skills activities event offers to enhance your skills confidence and build your CV strong so that you get a good job. Afterall, this is what the race is about. The best thing about ITM I find is that they bring very good companies during the internship tenure which provides you with PPO, and also many colleges just provide you with a 2 or 3 months internship ITM provides you with 5 months internship i.e from April to August which consists of your summer and winter internships. So, I would say, yes it is a better option for pursuing PGDM. For any more query, feel free to revert back.
