According to the information available on the ITM Institute of Design and Media (ITM-IDM) website, the total intake capacity for the B.Sc programs across specializations at their Andheri West campus is approximately 100 students per batch.

Some more details regarding B.Sc student intake at ITM IDM:

- B.Sc Interior Design Course - 40 seats
- B.Sc Fashion Design Course - 40 seats

 ITM Institute of Design and Media's (ITM IDM) placement reports and student testimonials, the placements for B.Des programme at their Andheri West campus seem quite decent:

• 80%+ overall placement record for the past 3 graduating batches.

• Top recruiters include companies like DLF Brands, Reliance Brands, IBM, Tata Elxsi, L&T Ecc, Raymond, Decathlon, Asian Paints etc.

• Average salary packages offered range between Rs 3.5 - Rs 4.5 LPA. the highest package has been Rs 8 LPA.

As per the latest admission notification published on the ITM Institute of Design and Media's (ITM IDM) website, below are the key cutoff criteria for admission to B.Des programme at their Andheri West campus:

1. Entrance Exam Cutoff
- ITM-IDM DAT - General Category: 50 Percentile
- ITM-IDM DAT - Reserved Category: 45 Percentile  

2. 12th Boards Cutoff
- General Category: 60% aggregate
- Reserved Category: 55% aggregate

3. Portfolio Review Round
- Qualifying cutoff - 60% (General); 55% (Reserved)

4. Interview Rounds
- Based on composite score across portfolio, entrance and academics

Yes, based on the tuition fees, ITM Institute of Design and Media (IDM), Andheri West does seem to be more expensive compared to Pearl Academy Mumbai:

ITM-IDM Fees: 
- B.Des program: Rs. 15,40,000 over 4 years 
- B.Sc Design program: Between Rs. 4,35,000 to Rs. 5,25,000 over 3 years

Pearl Academy Fees:
- B.Des program: Rs. 6,65,000 over 4 years (Approx. Rs. 1.6 Lacs per year)
- B.Sc Design program: Rs. 15,75,000 over 3 years (Approx. Rs. 2.2 Lacs per year)
