ITS Engineering College Eligibility

ITS Engineering College provides scholarships to BTech students under its 'Institute Merit Scholarship Scheme'. Eligible candidates get fee concessions for all four years if the course, subject to meeting the renewal criteria. The amount of schlarship depends on the specialisations selected by the students. The eligibility criteria for getting merit-based scholarships for the first year of the BTech at ITS Engineering College are presented in the table below:

ITS Engineering College provides lateral entry admissions to various BTech branches/specialisations it offers. Eligible candidates are admitted directly to the second year of the BTech programme. Lateral Entry admissions are provided either directly (merit-based) or through UPTAC counselling (CUET-based). Candidates are reuired to meet the following ITS Engineering College BTech (Lateral Entry) eligibility criteria:

• At least 45% (40% for SC/ST candidates) in a two/three-year Diploma in any branch of Engineering (except Agriculture, Pharmacy & Architecture) from an institute recognised by BTEUP or equivalent, OR
• At least 45% (40% for SC/ST candidates) in a BSc and a pass in Mathematics in Class 12 (will be allotted seats that remain vacant after allotment to Diploma students), OR
• A pass in DVoc in the same or allied stream from an institute recognised by BTEUP or equivalent
