JIMS Noida and Maharishi University of Information Technology (MUIT) have a different placement record. General placement record of JIMS Noida is much better with good industry relations and a rigorous placement cell for placement and internship provisions for the students. It regularly attracts prominent recruiters with good packages, particularly in management as well as in engineering disciplines.

On the other hand, MUIT has been working on its placement scenario with skills development and industry collaborations. However, it cannot reach the level of JIMS in terms of the number of recruiters and average salary packages. The two institutions should be compared with specific courses and individual career goals in mind by the prospective students.

The recent JIMS Rohini placements for the 2021-23 batch showcased a remarkable performance, with the highest package reaching INR 22 LPA. Notably, FedEx offered the highest domestic package at 20 LPA, while the peak international package was recorded at INR 19.44 LPA. The highest domestic salary stood at INR 14 LPA. A total of 190 recruiters participated in the 2023 placement drive, with leading companies such as Amazon, Deloitte, Gartner, Godrej, ITC, and TCS among the top recruiters. Impressively, the placement drive achieved a 100% placement rate, with an average package of INR 8.10 LPA. Additionally, the summer internship placement drive saw the highest stipend of INR 30K per month, drawing participation from prominent companies like Accenture, Amul, Airtel, ICICI Bank, and Yamaha, further highlighting the institute's strong industry connections and the high value of its programs to both students and recruiters alike.

It cannot be clearly said that which Institute provides better placement. The highest package which was offered at ILAM-JIMS is not mentioned, but the average package ranges between 3-6 lpa. The packages which are offered at Maharaja agrasen Institute Technology in 2023 placement drive were between 3-51 lpa. So the minimum packages of both the Institutes are almost same. Also, ILAM-JIMS is a better ranked university. The top recruiters at ILAM-JIMS were Tcs, air india, air Asia, ashok Leyland etc. Although both the institutes are of seperate feild so the actual comparison cannot be done. At last, it can be said that both the institutes are good at their respective feilds and offer good placements to students.
