James Madison University Eligibility

The common JMU admission requirements include a good GPA, Standardized test, English language test such as IELTS, TOEFL, or PTE with some minimum score requirements. The IELTS score should be at least 6.5 & Above for UG programs and PG programs as proof of English Language Proficiency.

Requirements for undergraduate admissions:

·         Complete a high school education

·         Meet the English language requirements

·         Additional test score for ACT/SAT

·         A writing sample of at least 250 words on a topic of your choice

·         A letter of recommendation

Requirements for graduate admissions:

·         Complete a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline

·         Meet the English language requirements

·         Additional test scores of GMAT/GRE

·         Submit a CV or Resume

·         A letter of recommendation
