Jamia Millia Islamia located in new delhi, India is ranked 3rd according to nirf. It offers various courses in science like bsc in physics , chemistry, mathematics, biotechnology etc. As far as biotechnology is concerned, anyone who has passed their 10+2 examinations with subjects physics, chemistry,maths and biology or equivalent degree are eligible. Their is no minimum or maximum cutoff. Seats are alloted based on your rank in the entrance exam. Also, seats are reserved for muslims, sc, st, obc. Faculty: Very good but is very strict at the same time(exceptions are always there).
Infrastructure: Good. AC in almost every class (a thing u could not expect in a government college)
Where it lacks?
Its name !!! (being a minority religious college)

For Jamia Milia, it is 58.25 for general and 52.5 in first round and in second and third round, it decreases nearly about 40-45.

The Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) is one of the oldest UGC-approved central universities.
It offers admission to an undergraduate degree (B.Sc.) in biotechnology on an entrance exam basis. The eligibility criteria for admission to the B.Sc. in Biotechnology program is that the candidates must have passed the 12th standard or an equivalent examination with not less than 50% marks in each science subject, i.e., physics, chemistry, and biology/mathematics.

from this year onwards, jmi has started taking admissions on the basis of jee main score. you can consider 25-30k for general, 40-50k for muslim students and 70-80k for muslim girl students.

Hi,
Well if you are muslim candidate from OBC category then for the 1st round the BTech cutoff are:
Civil Engineering (CRL 65543)
Computer Engineering (CRL 33289)
Similarly for the 7th round (last round) cutoff are:
Civil Engineering. (CRL 145619)
Computer Engineering (seat filled in 2nd round CRL 33991)
On the other hand, of you belong from the general category then for the 1st round BTech cutoff are:
Civil Engineering. (CRL 25148)
Computer Engineering. (CRL 7026)
Similarly for the last round that is 8th round BTech cutoff are:
Civil Engineering. (CRL 165567)
Computer Engineering (CRL 35000)
