Jamia Millia Islamia has announced the JMI Round 2 cutoff for several undergraduate, postgraduate and Diploma coursres. Selected candidates were required to appear for the interview and counselling rounds. CUET eligibility requirements for Jamia Millia Islamia: Academic background:

It is expected of you to have taken a class 12 or similar exam. Minimum score required to qualify: A minimum of 50% of the total points in the qualifying exam or the relevantThe JMI Entrance Exam or the CUET (conducted by NTA) is required for admission to Jamia Millia Islamia's BA and BA (Hons) programs, which have an annual intake of over 800 students (including all specializations).

For 2025, cut off was 40794 for General category candidates in General All India quota for Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) in Jamia Millia Islamia [JMI]. Students must note that the NEET cut off varies depending on the category and domicile/quota of the applicant.

As per the CUET UG website, students seeking admission to BA at Jamia Millia must appear for and qualify CUET exam. However, since some universities are also considering other components while giving admission to CUET-UG based courses, it could be a possibility of getting into JMI without CUET. But, this being said there is no official information on whether the university will only consider CUET UG scores or other components as well for admission, it is tough to give the right answer. The passing percentage is different for different specialisations offered in the BA programme. With an annual intake of over 900 students for BA and BA (Hons) programmes (including all the specialisations), admission to Jamia Millia Islamia for BA and BA (Hons) is subject to either CUET (conducted by NTA) or JMI entrance exam. Till 2021, admission was subject to the JMI entrance exam across all specialisations. However, starting 2022, admission to a few BA (Hons) specialisations is CUET-based and for the rest, it is university-level entrance-based.

Opening and Closing rank depends on the category and quota of candidates. For general category under All India, opening rank was 32346 and closing rank was 31594 in 2025. Cut off are different when it comes to other categories or female candidates and even domicile of home state. 

Jamia Millia Islamia offers admission to a total of four BSc/ BSc (Hons) courses via CUET UG. As per the CUET UG website, students seeking admission to BSc at Jamia Millia must appear for and qualify CUET exam. While the current year's cutoff is not available online, past cutoff for Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) at Jamia Millia Islamia [JMI] other than General category is 35224 for PWD.
