Your work experience will become relevant at the time of campus placement ,wherein prospective companies may consider it as an advantage over other students

Operations specialization will typically lead you to operations job when placed in a company like logistics, supply chain manager, plant manager and so on
Marketing will lead you to market manager and brand manager
Finance will lead to finance manager, treasury and other markets
