JECRC University & Banasthali Vidyapith both are renowned universities for B.E. / B.Tech. However, in terms of affordability, JECRC University is a better option since the total tuition fee for JECRC University is 260,000 - 550,000 & the total tuition fee for B.E. / BTech at Banasthali Vidyapith is 616,000. In the total fees that students generally end up paying the university or the college, various other components are also included, such as the exam fee, application fee, lab & other charges.

For both its PG and UG programmes, the university holds two admission cycles a year in January and July. While there is no entrance exam needed to get admitted to undergraduate programmes, candidates may need to take one in order to be considered for graduate programmes like MBA and MCA. In addition, JECRC University allows applicants to apply without taking the JEE Main exam under the management quota seats.
