No, the JEMScN 2026 application was available online only. The Board activated the apply online link on wbjeeb.in and the candidates were required to register and fill the application form online only.

Yes, the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board will release the JEMScN 2026 cutoff for all the categories separately. The exam will be conducted offline in Kolkata region.
