Joint Entrance for Mater of Science Nursing (JEMScN) 2025 is a popular nursing exam conducted annually by the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB). The JEMScN 2025 exam is the gateway to seeking admission to the postgraduate course MSc in Nursing. It is mandatory for the students seeking admission to nursing colleges in the state of West Bengal to apply for the JEMScN exam. Candidates across India can apply for admission to the JEMScN exam. 

JEMScN 2025 Eligibility Criteria

1. The Applicant must be a citizen of India. 
2. Both Male and Female candidates can apply
3. The candidate must pass any of the following courses from Institutes recognized by Indian Nursing Council namely: BSc - Nursing, BSc (Hons.) – Nursing, Post Basic BSc Nursing, or Post Basic BSc -Nursing through distance education. 
4. Candidate must secure at least 55% marks in aggregate in the above mentioned courses 
5. The applicant must have obtained registration/RNRM certificate from the State Nursing Council of any State of India. 
6. The applicant must not be more than 53 years 
7. Minimum 3 years’ working experience after publication of result of the qualifying examinations 

The JEMScN result 2025 was declared by WBJEEB on its official website on November 12, 2025. The JEMScN result has been shared in the form of the JEMScN Rank Cards. All the candidates who appeared for the exam can access/download their JEMScN rank card by logging into their registered account at the official website. Candidates are advised to save a copy of the JEMScN result in a hard copy for reference purposes during the JEMScN counselling process to be held by the respective colleges. The JEMScN result 2025 is valid for the current academic session only.

JEMScN Counselling 2025 counselling will be conducted by the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) for admission to MSc-Nursing Course in various Govt. and Self-Financed Institutes in the State of West Bengal. The entire JEMScN counselling process will be web-based online counselling (e-counselling). The JEMScN counselling registration, payment of the registration fee, and choice filling will be the first step to participate in the counselling. The JEMScN choice filling including choice locking will also be facilitated online. The JEMScN seat allotment result 2025 will be released after each round of counselling. WBJEEB will conduct two rounds of counselling to grant admission to the candidates. It is crucial to report to the allotted institutes for document verification and admission after the announcement of the JEMScN seat allotment result. 

Documents Required for JEMScN Counselling 2025

The list of documents required at the time of JEMScN counselling 2025: 

1. JEMScN Provisional Seat Allotment Letter
2. JEMScN Rank card 
3. Class 10 admit card/birth certificate for verification of date of birth
4. Mark sheets of all semesters of the qualifying examination
5. Nursing certificate 
6. Respective category certificate (if applicable)
7. PwD Candidates: Respective category certificate (if applicable)
8. Mobile phone with the same MOBILE number registered during application to receive OTP at the final stage of admission confirmation. 

JEMScN application process 2025 was conducted in online mode. The JEMScN 2025 application forms were available from September 12, 2025 on the official website. Candidates interested in applying for MSc Nursing had to visit the official website wbjee.nic.in to complete the registration process. The JEMScN registration process 2025 lasted till September 20, 2025.  

After filling out the JEMScN registration form, candidates had to pay a mandatory JEMScN application fee of INR 3000/- + bank charges. The JEMScN registration schedule was released by the official exam conducting body. WJEEB provided an application correction facility to allow changes to the JEMScN 2025 registration form.

The JEMScN admit card 2025 was released on the official website by WBJEEB for the candidates who have successfully registered for the JEMScN MSc exam. The authority released the admit card for JEMScN 2025 in online mode on October 14, 2025. Candidates can download the JEMScN admit card from the official website by providing their ‘Application Number’ and ‘Date of Birth' details. The last date to download the admit card is the exam date.

The JEMScN admit card is a mandatory document required at the JEMScN exam center as proof of identity for the candidate. The JEMScN 2025 admit card specifies details such as roll number, exam date, exam timings, and address of the exam, among other important details. Candidates must note that the last date to download the JEMScN admit card was the exam date, post which the admit card downloading window was closed.

Steps to download JEMScN Admit Card 2025

1. Go to the official website of JEMScN - https://wbjeeb.nic.in/jemscn/
2. Enter the JEMScN admit card link available on the page
3. Enter the login credentials, which are the application number & date of birth, followed by the security code
4. Download the JEMScN admit card and save it for future use.

JEMScN exam pattern 2025 is released by the exam conducting body i.e. WBJEEB. The JEMScN 2025 exam duration is 90 minutes. It is an offline exam where candidates get OMR sheets to fill in the choices. Candidates are required to carry blue/black ball pens to fill in the choices. Once filled, the response cannot be changed in the JEMScN answer sheet. As per the marking scheme, there were 100 questions of one mark each in the JEMScN exam. There will be objective questions in the JEMScN exam. Each question carries four options (MCQs). Each correct response invites +1 mark, and each incorrect option leads to a deduction of a -1/4 mark in the exam. Candidates are advised to refrain from making the wrong choice. JEMScN 2025 carried two parts. In part A, 40 questions are provided to test the aptitude of the aspirants. In Part B, there are 60 questions. All the questions are asked in the English language.
