According to me, Capital University Jharkhand is a private university which is located in Jharkhand, it is a fully private university which has its separate entrance exam.

No. The Jharkhand Polytechnic admit card will not be send by post. The Jharkhand Polytechnic admit card will only be available in the official website. The candidates can take multiple printout of the admit card. Jharkhand Polytechnic admit card must be kept safely till the admission process is completed.

About 10% seats of the total seats are reserved for lateral entry students. However, this is not kept by every university, some universities allow LEET students, but some don't allow it.
So, you must check this thing with the university.
