JMI Entrance Exam Scores

Jamia Millia Islamia adopts certain policy to break the tie, if two candidates get the same scores in the JMI Entrance Exam. The tie breaking policy is made according to the programme. In all other programmes except B.Tech, B.Arch BDS the tie is resolved on the basis of the date of birth that is the candidates older in age is given the higher rank. For interview programmes, candidates securing high marks in the entrance exam is given higher rank. If the marks in the written test are same then the date of birth criteria is used that is, candidates older in age is given a higher rank. For B.Tech, B.Arch and BDS programmes, the rank is allotted by the agency conducting the test.
