Candidates should clear Class XII with at least 50% marks in aggregate of best five papers or in the subject concerned to meet JMI Entrance Exam eligibility criteria for B.Com (Hons) course.

There are very less chances of your admission in B.A (Hons) In Mass Media because the course offers only 40 seats. Till then, you can wait for the official list of selected students issued by the university.

You can get it from Makhtab inside JMI's campus. Or, you can read about the travel & tourism industry in general, it's the latest trend etc. through the web. Adding that with some current affairs will do the trick. All the best.

You can download the JMI previous year papers from the website of Jamia world. It is a very good website and it also provides study material.

Once you have cleared the test you will be called for submission and verification of the documents.

I have always said that the cut-off can vary every year because every year, there's a different lot which appears for the exam. 70-75% right questions attempted out of 100, will do the trick for general category.

JMI will be a good choice in my opinion, and as you have secured good rank there you should first go there. Keep IPU as a backup.

The list of candidates who have been shortlisted for interview will be displayed on June 2, 2018. The interview and group discussion will take place between June 18-23, 2018. The rank list of JMI Mass Communication 2018 entrance test will be announced between June 30, 2018 to July 5, 2018. The selected candidates will be offered admission and they will have to confirm by paying the requisite fees.

JMI doesn't provide undergraduate courses for mass communication.
