Admission to these courses requires national-level or state-level entrance exams like MHT CET/JEE/PERA CET. The university also offers lateral courses of BTech, which requires a three-year Diploma in engineering or B.Sc in respective discipline. 

Yes, the JSPM university follows UGC guidelines for fee refund policy. If someone wants a refund of his fee,  he must write an application to withdraw from their enrolled programme including clear explanations of reason for withdrawal. The amount is sent to the candidate's bank account after the successful process of withdrawal.
