KR Mangalam University accepts two entrance exams for admission to BPharm courses, i.e., CUET UG and KREE. Candidates who have secured valid scores in any of the entrance exams can get admissions to the BPharm course. Additionally, KREE is the university's in-house entrance exam. Further, the university also accepted for admission, with counselling conducted via HSTES.
