Kakatiya University accepts TS ICET scores for admitting students into its MBA programme. TS ICET is an online/computer-based test (CBT), consisting of 200 multiple-choice questions, to be solved in 150 minutes. Each question carries one mark. No marks will be deducted for a wrong answer. There are three sections of the exam, namely, Analytical Ability, Mathematical Ability and Communication Ability. Students can choose English and Urdu or English and Telugu as the medium, for sections other than Communication Ability, which need to be attempted in English only.

No, internship is not a part of the curriculum of MBA at Kakatiya University. However, the students are required to undergo a practical training of six weeks, during the summer break, at the end of second semester. During the training period, the candidates should work on a specific problem related to the management and working of the organization. At the end of practical training, the student should obtain a certificate for receiving the training from the organisation.
