 IIIT Raichur JEE Main cutoff 2025 for the OBC AI quota ranged from 12624 to 89745, according to the first and last round closing ranks. As per the last round closing cutoff, the most and least competitive BTech specialisations were BTech in Computer Science and Engineering and BTech in Mathematics and Computing, respectively. 

Candidates can check the table below for the first and final round cutoffs for this category.

BGS Institute of Technology has a 21 acre campus in Mandya whereas the Bangalore campus of BTI spans over 15-17 acres. BGSIT is located in semi-urban area whereas BTI is located in the urban area. Both colleges offer hostel facility to students. Both colleges have well-equipped labs. While BGSIT campus offers more greener spaces, the BTI campus has the advantage of better connectivity.

The RNS Institute of Technology Bangalore is a Private institute founded by Dr R.N. Shetty of the RNS Trust.

The institute currently stands as one of the top higher education institutes for Engineering, Technology and Management streams in Bangalore.

All graduating students of PG 2-year and PG 3-year programs were placed during NIMHANS Bangalore placements 2024 and 2023. PG 2-year median package recorded in 2024 and 2023 was 16.09 LPA and 6 LPA. In PG 3-year, median package recorded was 18.09 LPA and 16.09 LPA.

As per the NIRF report 2025 released, placement rate recorded during PG 2-year and PG 3-year placements 2024 and 2023 was 100%.

NIMHANS Bangalore average package data is not released. The median package recorded in 2024 for PG 2-year and PG 3-year courses was 16.09 LPA and 18.04 LPA.

The placement rate recorded during NIMHANS Bangalore placements 2024 was 100% in both PG 2-year and PG 3-year courses. In 2023, the placement rate was 100% as well.
