Applicants cannot get direct admission in any of the undergraduate, postgraduate, super specialty or fellowship programme offered by the college. The college accepts the scores and rank of multiple entrance examinations. Candidates must appear for NEET UG for admission in MBBS programme, NEET PG for MD programmes. Manipal Entrance Test/ department tests are also conducted for admission in the BSc, MSc, MPT, and others.

Aspirants need to pass MD/ DNB in relevant subjects from an institution recognised by the National medical Council and Medical Council of India to apply for DM courses. Besides, candidates must also pass NEET SS for admission to DM courses followed by MCC Counselling.
